- Queensland’s largest sugar farmer MSF Sugar has won the Rural Category in the Premier’s Sustainability Awards for its innovative sustainability ‘Modern Farming’ system designed to achieve Smartcane BMP accreditation for all of its properties.

- NQ Dry Tropics has released a case study on the Spotswoods Lagoon restoration. Since the 2013 weed infestation, NQ Dry Tropics has worked with the landholder to restore the lagoon to its natural function. See the case study HERE.
