- Cotton Australia’s Cotton Collective event will return in 2023 on August 2-3 in Toowoomba providing the perfect opportunity see, hear and touch the best of the Australian cotton industry. QFF will be at site #25 of the Australian Cotton Trade Show, held as part of the event, alongside our corporate partners Mitsubishi Australia and Mobil. The trade show is free to attend. - Queensland’s push to increase oyster production 100-fold will be bolstered by a three-year project dedicated to reducing the ‘overcatch’ challenges that have significantly impacted the state’s industry over the past century. QFF member Queensland Oyster Growers Association’s president Wade McFadgen said the project is “extremely positive and opportune.” Read more here.

- The ACCC has released a Statement of Issues regarding Coles’ proposed acquisition of two Saputo milk processing plants, following their review of the concerns presented by QFF and our member eastAUSmilk, among other industry groups.
