- From the 1st of Jan 2022, small customers on the Drought Relief from Electricity Charges Scheme subsidies and rebates scheme can no longer switch tariffs while still under the drought waiver program. If you aren’t planning to change your tariff in 2022, your fixed charges will continue to be waived if your Shire remains drought declared or you have an individually drought declared property.
